Pair of replacement sharpening wheels for the CATRASHARP.
The standard wheels are coated with CBN abrasive to produce a knife cutting angle of 30°.
Three different grades of CBN are available: CBN 76, 107* and 151. Please select from the drop-down menu.
CBN 76 – Very smooth Fish and meat filleting
CBN 107* – Smooth General fish and meat processing
CBN 151 – Coarse High-speed sharpening and non-food industrial use
*CBN 107 is the standard/default grade for the CATRASHARP.
